Pink October: Vallourec Teams Worldwide United for Breast Cancer Awareness
Throughout Pink October, Vallourec teams across the globe came together to support breast cancer awareness and promote women’s health. From educational initiatives and wellness activities to community partnerships and employee engagement events, the campaign demonstrated a shared commitment to fostering a culture of care and well-being across the Group.

Empowering Employees Through Knowledge and Action
Across several regions, employees took part in initiatives designed to provide practical information, encourage informed health decisions and promote well-being.
In China, female employees attended breast health awareness sessions led by healthcare professionals, combining expert advice with opportunities for open discussion. Similar initiatives were organized across the United Arab Emirates, Brazil and Mexico. Employees participated in health screenings, medical consultations, wellness workshops, women’s health sessions and dedicated awareness activities tailored to local needs.
The campaign also brought colleagues together through a variety of engagement initiatives. French teams supported the campaign through awareness communications, on-site activities and symbolic moments of solidarity.

In Singapore, employees joined the Pink Ribbon Walk organized by the Breast Cancer Foundation Singapore, while teams in the United States took part in a Breast Cancer Awareness Talk and a “Wear it Pink” day.
Together, these initiatives highlighted the many ways Vallourec teams mobilized throughout Pink October, promoting prevention, early detection and women’s health across the Group.
Supporting Communities Beyond the Workplace
Beyond its own operations, Vallourec extended its commitment to local communities through partnerships and outreach initiatives.
In Houston, the company sponsored the Jamie’s Hope Foundation Golf Tournament, supporting efforts dedicated to cancer research and patient assistance. Through the “Swing for a Cure” initiative, employees and volunteers engaged participants while promoting the importance of early detection and cancer research.
One Global Commitment
While the initiatives varied from one region to another, they all reflected the same ambition: putting the health and well-being of employees at the heart of Vallourec’s actions. Through Pink October, the Group reinforced its commitment to women’s health and prevention, while bringing together colleagues across its global operations.
Breast cancer remains one of the leading health challenges affecting women worldwide, highlighting the importance of awareness, education and early detection.
A sincere thank you to all employees, volunteers and partners who contributed to the success of this year’s Pink October campaign.
