Delphy Wins the EVOLEN 2026 Industrial Innovation Award
Delphy, Vallourec’s hydrogen storage solution, has been awarded the EVOLEN 2026 Industrial Innovation Award. This distinction recognizes a solution designed to address one of the key challenges facing the large-scale deployment of hydrogen: storage.
Hydrogen has the potential to help decarbonize some of the industrial sectors that are the most difficult to electrify. However, its development raises a critical question: how can large quantities of hydrogen be stored to bridge the gap between variable renewable energy production and continuous industrial demand?
This is precisely the challenge Delphy is designed to address. The recognition from EVOLEN highlights a solution developed to meet the growing need for storage capacity that supports the industrial-scale deployment of hydrogen.
Producing Hydrogen Is Not Enough
