Vallourec Secures Multi-Year OCTG Supply Contract with Major North Sea Operator
Vallourec has renewed its long-standing contract with a major North Sea operator to supply OCTG (Oil Country Tubular Goods) products, accessories, and integrated services for offshore operations in the UK North Sea. This multi-year, multi-million-pound agreement reinforces Vallourec’s role as a strategic partner in one of the world’s most technically demanding and cost-sensitive offshore environments.
In the context of the North Sea’s production decline, where operational efficiency and cost control are more critical than ever, Vallourec’s comprehensive offering delivers significant value. The contract includes a full suite of Vallourec® Services—from rig preparation and return to repairs, storage, and maintenance of customer-owned materials—designed to reduce downtime, optimize inventory, and lower total cost of ownership.
