Empowering Leaders: Vallourec’s Frontline Manager Training Camp Wraps Up Successfully
From August 4 to October 31, 2025, Vallourec hosted an intensive Frontline Manager Training Camp designed to strengthen managerial skills at the heart of the Group’s operations. Over three months, team leaders from across departments came together to sharpen their skills in three key areas: role recognition, team motivation, and problem-solving.
This program blended classroom learning with hands-on projects, ensuring that every concept was applied to real-world challenges. Participants worked in groups, tackling actual pain points and exploring solutions through the PDCA (Plan – Do – Check – Act) eight-step system, scenario analysis, and data-driven tools.
The curriculum covered essential topics such as:
- Understanding the Manager’s Role and Daily Processes
- Effective People Management and Motivation Techniques
- Problem Analysis and Resolution Strategies











Each group presented their findings at the end of the program, showcasing practical solutions and actionable insights. A robust evaluation process, covering attendance, participation, assignments, and project presentations, ensured measurable outcomes.
