Depuis sa cr&eacute;ation en 1995, l&rsquo;une des priorit&eacute;s de la soci&eacute;t&eacute; est la mise en &oelig;uvre d&rsquo;un projet d&rsquo;exploration et de d&eacute;veloppement des gisements d&rsquo;hydrocarbures en mer Caspienne. Mais ces gisements sont parmi les plus difficiles &agrave; atteindre.&nbsp;<br>\n<br>\nLa soci&eacute;t&eacute; d&eacute;veloppe actuellement le puits Khazri-2, qui succ&egrave;de au puits Khazri-1 dont le forage a &eacute;t&eacute; lanc&eacute; en 2017. Ce puits d&rsquo;exploration offshore a l&rsquo;une des conceptions les plus complexes de Russie en raison de la pr&eacute;sence de sulfure d&rsquo;hydrog&egrave;ne (H2S) sous haute pression.<br>\n<br>\n<strong>LUKOIL a donc &eacute;t&eacute; particuli&egrave;rement exigeant sur le plan technique car la poche de gaz la plus proche se trouvait &agrave; environ 3600 m&egrave;tres et la profondeur de forage pr&eacute;vue &eacute;tait d&rsquo;environ 1800 m&egrave;tres. Le client a donc fix&eacute; une contrainte de diam&egrave;tre ext&eacute;rieur large en raison des dimensions du bloc obturateur<sup>1<\/sup> (presque 19 pouces &ndash; 475 mm) et exig&eacute; une connexion &agrave; &eacute;paulement &eacute;tanche d&rsquo;un diam&egrave;tre ext&eacute;rieur de 18 pouces ainsi qu&rsquo;une &eacute;paisseur de paroi de 0,64 pouce avec un couple de montage n&rsquo;exc&eacute;dant pas 149kN*m (109,9 klb par pied maximum).<\/strong><br>\n<br>\nLa mise en &oelig;uvre r&eacute;ussie du puits Khazri-2 est primordiale car elle ouvrira la voie &agrave; de nouveaux d&eacute;veloppements de ce champ p&eacute;trolif&egrave;re de la mer Caspienne.
