C\u00f4t\u00e9 chimie, son \u00e9quipe travaille notamment avec la Forge d\u2019Aulnoye. C\u00f4t\u00e9 corrosion, les tests s\u2019\u00e9tendent \u00e0 l\u2019ensemble du p\u00e9rim\u00e8tre Vallourec, avec des protocoles exigeants en milieu acide et gaz corrosif.<\/p><p>Parmi les r\u00e9centes r\u00e9ussites de son \u00e9quipe, Am\u00e9lie cite la mise hors service d\u2019un analyseur \u00e0 fluorescence X obsol\u00e8te. \u00ab C\u2019\u00e9tait un vrai soulagement en termes de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de gestion. \u00bb Ce retrait ouvre la voie \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e d\u2019un nouvel analyseur hydrog\u00e8ne, plus performant et mieux adapt\u00e9 aux enjeux des nouvelles \u00e9nergies.<\/p><p>Mais c\u2019est surtout sur le terrain de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 qu\u2019Am\u00e9lie et son \u00e9quipe se sont surpass\u00e9s cette ann\u00e9e. Face aux risques li\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019utilisation de gaz mortel, le laboratoire corrosion a entrepris une refonte compl\u00e8te de son syst\u00e8me de vannes. \u00ab Nous allons installer plus de 300 vannes, tout en maintenant l\u2019activit\u00e9 du laboratoire. Son parcours chez Vallourec d\u00e9bute, en 2010, avec un stage chez Interfit, filiale du Groupe, o\u00f9 on lui demande de g\u00e9rer les risques chimiques li\u00e9s au lancement d\u2019Evallourisk. Elle y d\u00e9couvre les enjeux HSE et le centre de recherche.<\/p><p>Elle encha\u00eene ensuite les exp\u00e9riences : technicienne au traitement de surface (connexion), puis en m\u00e9tallurgie, avant une pause maternit\u00e9. \u00c0 son retour, l\u2019usine lui confie un poste d\u2019animatrice qualit\u00e9 et l\u2019invite \u00e0 contribuer au ramp-up de la ligne CLEANWELL\u00ae. C\u2019est alors qu\u2019une nouvelle opportunit\u00e9 s\u2019offre \u00e0 elle : prendre la responsabilit\u00e9 du laboratoire d\u2019analyses chimiques, puis, plus tard, celle du laboratoire corrosion au Centre de Recherche.<\/p><p>\u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas courant pour une simple technicienne d\u2019avoir pu \u00eatre aussi mobile. J\u2019ai travaill\u00e9 en usine et au centre de recherche. \u00bb Cette richesse de parcours lui permet de mieux comprendre les interactions entre les diff\u00e9rents m\u00e9tiers et facilite les \u00e9changes.<\/p><p>Aujourd\u2019hui, Am\u00e9lie assume pleinement son statut de technicienne : \u00ab Le terrain, c\u2019est vraiment quelque chose auquel je tiens.
