International Women’s Rights Day provides us with the opportunity to think about the value of diversity within Vallourec and the role that each of us can play in promoting gender equality.One goal: equality!
The 2020 theme #EachforEqual is a call to action to accelerate gender parity. It also emphasizes the notion of "collective individualism". Our individual actions and behaviors can have an impact on our larger society. Everyone has a role to play in forging a more balanced world. We can choose individually and/or collectively to challenge stereotypes, fight biases, broaden perceptions and improve situations. We can make positive change happen.Vallourec moves forward
The progress made by Vallourec this year is significant and very encouraging. I would particularly like to thank the steering committee of [email protected], the HR teams and the many motivated and voluntary men and women in all entities who are committed on a daily basis to make diversity evolve within our Group.
