VM 90 IRP is a high H2S corrosion resistant grade low alloy steel. Based on API 5CT C90 Type 1 PSL 2 with restrictions on aimed chemistry, it is specially designed to respond to IRP standard requirements. The sour service resistance is checked with NACE A (uniaxial) and NACE D (double cantilever test) quality control test. It is a top state of the art.

​APPLICATIONS

VM 90 IRP can be used as tubing or casing with effluent containing H2S from room to high temperatures. VM 90 IRP is available up to 14" and with heav​y wall up to 1 inch and more. Recommended use is with pCO2 below 2psi / 0.14bar.
