​VM G3 125 is an austenitic Corrosion Resistant Alloy nickel based. The main alloying elements are 50%Ni, 22%Cr and 7%Mo. VM G3 125 is delivered in cold work condition. It is hardened by drawing or pilgering.

 ​APPLICATIONS

VM G3 125 is recommended in very severe environments with CO2, H2S, chlorine and possibly presence of native sulfur. The VM G3 125 is designed for resistance to very high temperature. VM G3 125 can be used as tubing or casing.

​PERFORMANCES

VM G3 125 has been tested from room to high temperature for SCC with different levels of H2S.​​

STORAGE & HANDLING RECOMMENDATION

Avoid poll​ution by contact from carbon or low alloy s​teel (pipe or parts).

Avoid atmospheric pollution with iron (e.g. concrete plant).​
