VM 50 110

VM 50 110 is an austenitic Corrosion Resistant Alloy nickel based. The main alloying elements are 54%Ni, 20%Cr and 9%Mo. VM 50 110 is delivered in cold work conditions. It can be hardened by drawing or pilgering.

​APPLICATIONS

VM 50 110 is recommended in very severe environments with CO2, H2S, chlorine and possibly presence of native sulphur. The VM 50 110 is designed for resistance to very high temperature. VM 50 110 can be used as tubing or casing.

PERFORMANCES

VM 50 110 has been tested at high temperatures for SCC with different levels of H2S and some native sulphur.​

STORAGE & HANDLING RECOMMENDATION

Avoid pollution by contact from carbon or low alloy steel (pipe​ or parts).

Avoid atmospheric pollution with iron (e.g. concrete plant).
