15 April 2014 - Vallourec employees once again came together all around the world for this day devoted to customer satisfaction, a key priority for the Group. Members of the Management Board and the management team were present at certain sites for the event, accompanied by numerous customer representatives also invited to take part this year.
What better way of finding out more about customer expectations and needs? As Jean-Pierre Michel, Chief Operating Officer at Vallourec, says, "helping our customers to better define their needs and our possibilities is in our mutual interest".
The Quality Day is a unique occasion for Vallourec to put on the front stage all the Group teams' efforts to support its Quality commitment and promote the Quality culture within the company.
