All shareholders may:
Dividends paid to French taxpayers are subject to social contributions which evolve depending on the French financial law. Those taxes are levied by the financial intermediary before the dividends’ payment. For non-French taxpayers, dividends are not subject to social contributions.
A shareholder may use either the closing share price at year end or the average share price for the last 30 trading days of the year.
Shareholders may hold Vallourec shares in two different ways: as "registered" shares or as "bearer" shares. Bearer shares are placed in accounts held by your financial intermediary and Vallourec is therefore not informed of the bearer's identity. Registered shares are however registered in Vallourec accounts, thereby creating a direct relationship between you and the Group.
To find out more, please refer to the section "Registered shares".
If you hold bearer shares and you wish to convert them into registered shares, all you need to do is to give the instructions to your financial intermediary. It will then transfer your holdings to BNP Paribas Securities Services.
Please find here the form you must fill to realize the transfer; when completed, communicate it to your financial intermediary for transmission to BNP Paribas Securities Services.
